How to sponsor 5 distributors each month

Once I was sure that to sponsor 5 distributors in a year was normal, or even a lot. I once believed that to sponsor 3 to 7 new distributors per month was impossible. But the world has changed, and with some new tools, I developed a new skill and recognized the error of my old beliefs.

Obviously, if you are unable to sponsor from 3 to 7 new distributors, and then qualitatively run their business, then you should learn something new, & change your methods.
Seriously, do not hide behind excuses that 5-7 people a month is too many in our business, and that if you sponsor more, then they can not be qualitatively trained.

All this is in the past, everything has changed. You’re unlikely to refuse a future in which you and the leaders of your group can sponsor and train 5-7 distributors a month, so that your organization can grow by leaps and bounds.

What? How? Here are five principles on which, in my opinion, qualitative and effective sponsorship should be based.

Principle 1

Learn how to use the tools. Do not give out information about your business, company and services every time repetitively, use the tools. Do not select and filter out the people, use the tools. Let the tools do the work automatically!
I do not remember when was the last time I talked to anyone about MLM or the company services. In answer to questions, I often counter-question: “Have you seen this particular video recording of the training presentation? Then show it!

Principle 2

Learn to use the product’s front-end.
If I do not know that you’re content with the first principle, using the tool, then I click on a link and find the special video courses on the product’s front-end.
In fact, with the product’s front-end I only need to spend 10-15 hours per month on sponsorship, which results in 5-7 new distributors for the same period. Thus showing a gain, even if I’m not good at sponsoring in person.

Principle 3

Learn how to create a stream of people with the tools, not by running after people, but by letting them find you.
Where do I find people? This troubles 90% of net-workers. Most sponsors usually only provide vague answers.
There are people everywhere, including those who are looking for a business opportunity, finding the right ones is simply a matter of letting them select themselves and come to you! How? Principle 1 compels me to remind you of the tools.

Principle 4

Stop spending money to find a distributor! you are here to earn money, not spend it.
I was shocked when I learned about it first.
In 1997 and for many years it was usual to spend money on flyers and ads in newspapers. By 2007 it was spent on adverts on the Internet. Expenses were between £50 and £200 a month. Now I earn, spending very little.
How? All by using the same product’s front-end!

Principle 5

Develop your most important tool – YOURSELF!
Previously, you had an attractive personality, carrying out spectacular meetings. Now you don’t need to tell people about the company, industry and services.
Your professionalism is all the proof that is necessary to show that it works. For example, by providing your partners with the knowledge and tools with which they will be able to sponsor 5-7 new distributors.
Can you teach your distributors to sponsor as many people in a month? Well, when you can, then you will have become a very valuable person and you will be guaranteed success!

Secrets Of MLM

You probably will not like what you will now read, like 97% of the people.

Most likely, you will not like all of it. But I am not writing for you to like it.

97% of people are not capable, moreover, but they do not want to learn this, they prefer:
1. To run from company to company complaining.
2. Accuse the company and sponsors of failing them or even fraud.

Here is some Good News! You do not need to be among those 97% of people.

Where do I start?

In order to become someone who is able to bring in people in favour of MLM, you need to learn:

1. To sponsor 5-7 distributors per month, without chasing after  people or annoying your friends and family.
2. To teach your distributors to do the same.
3. To teach your distributors to educate their distributors to sponsor of 5-7 distributors per month, without running after  people.

What Do Beginners Need to Start in an Internet Business?

What and how much will you need to invest in the business at first, and what skills do you need to master?

1. A Knowledge and understanding of the business.

Knowledge = Power! As in any business, to start you will need some knowledge. Where do I get this knowledge?

Path 1. The cheapest but not effective option – to learn everything yourself, studying the free information. If you will not pay money, you will mostly be wasting your time.

Path 2. Obtain high-quality, working, but fee-based content. Save time, acquired knowledge quickly pays back the costs.

Path 3. Start your business as part of an established team. This saves both time and money.

2. Investing money.

Do not look for a business without investment. Its just not there. Investments in the $ 5-10 range are just not enough to build any business. Entry into any normal business will cost at least $ 100-200.

Why?
Invest to Grow Rich! Because for business you will need a quality website and you will also need to pay for the hosting. Do not forget about the advertising. These skills also cost money. Free hosting and cheap web site are not compatible with the business.
Theoretically, with the help of affiliate programs, all the free information shovelled at you, you can invest a minimum of money just to advertise and start a business.
But such a business, as practice shows, is doomed to failure. Because trying to sell fee-paying courses, saying that they are very cheap, while you have never bought a single product yourself, is not entirely honest and does not work.
This does not mean you have to go through all the courses offered, but YOU MUST have some idea and personal experience.
This is the same as a distributor of any MLM company, offering a product that he never uses himself.

3. Investing your time.

Time = Money! It averages about 8-10 hours per week. In the beginning, when you are learning new information and creating a springboard, the time you will need to spend is more like 14-18 hours per week, depending on the level of your pre-existing knowledge and skills.

It is important to make efficient use of time while using the Internet. I know from my own experience, your time gets filled up by marginal inconsequentialities (the Social networks, viewing unnecessary information, video clips, etc.).
Set yourself a schedule, allow a certain time to view new posts and visit unnecessary pages. In ICQ (and other messaging services, like Skype and MSM etc) you can be set to invisible status, which will save you from the empty gossip.

And finally – it is ready! Do not take a long time to think and wait for when the stars are favourably located for the business launch. Take hold and do it now!

A Few Effective Methods of Writing Articles


In a few days you can become someone who writes interesting material. The rule of thumb: Use a 5 minute plan to create the article.
In the past I had some invaluable experience working for a newspaper, side by side with the highest level of professionals. So, I have decided to share with you a few tricks for writing articles that you can apply in practice today.

Step 1

Identify the purpose of the article, and certainly its target audience, because you need to specifically aim your article for the reader. Well, for example, the purpose of this article – to help the readers of my blog learn how to write their articles more efficiently, and effectively.
There is always the good question: “Why?”. In the last years, I followed this rule: “Be helpful to people, give advice, and then you will receive dozens of times more replies”. And you know, it works …

Step 2

State the purpose of the article in the title, display it in the preface to the article and write it at the very beginning of the article. Three times? Well, of course you can do it less, although it is better not to economize on the statement of purpose.
Look at the title of this article, then the introduction, and, finally, in the second paragraph. All this is about the purpose of the article. This method allows the reader to understand whether it is worth it to spend his or her time in studying this material and make a decision – to read to the end, or not.

Step 3

Create a plan of the article, which includes from 5 to 7 blocks. Well, for example, in this article, I broke the material into 5 blocks (steps for clarity), added a preface and conclusion with the findings – and ended up with 7 blocks.
For blog articles you do not need less, but you do not need more either. Here is an outline of my article, which I wrote down in the 5 minutes before I started filling each block with material, although initially you may need more time!

* Title: How to write an article.
* Preface: Summary of how &where I learned to write.
* Block 1: Define the objective.
* Block 2: Enter the purpose of the title, preface and in one of the first paragraph.
* Block 3: Make a plan of the article.
* Block 4: Add a touch of humour.
* Block 5: Fill in the blocks with thoughts, stories and references.
* Conclusion: Summarize.

Step 4

Joke! I’m not kidding. Well, no, of course, I’m kidding, but not now. Joke in the first paragraph. This simple method will help to reduce the distance between you and the reader. It is quite possible the reader will say: “Wow, yes it’s a real person!” For example, pay attention to my first paragraph, full of self-irony.

Step 5

Fill out the plan that you have drawn up, with the material. I do not think that this point is simple, because you probably have many thoughts, stories and recommendations. The point is not to resort to simple copy – nobody needs that. Life will give back the same thing it gets, only in greater volume and in other forms. If you want simplistic replies write simplistic articles, if you want complex write complex.
At the end of the obligatory re-read of what you wrote, tweak, and insert the signature … and necessarily put online links (as many as you can, especially for the references). Do not be afraid and do not be shy.

In conclusion, the word is energy, and like everything else in our lives, the why, how and where to send this energy depends on the final result wanted. You may have the right thoughts automatically, but it is best to organize them and present them in the correct form to display to the reader.

How can I Find People who are Interested in my Proposal?

How can I get people interested?

That is the question most frequently asked by 90% of net-workers. It is the wrong question really! What you should be asking is “How can I find interested people”?

Where? Why is your group is not growing? Why are your distributors leaving? Why has the level of motivation in your group dropped?

Imagine that every day you treat with 10-15 people, you are not just glad to see them, you can choose from the candidates only those who are serious, who are willing to invest their time and money in the business, and who are ready to attend company events.

Every month you can have 3-5 new distributors.

Imagine that every partner of your group is in exactly the same situation. Thus it really starts to grow! Your people get a result, they are inspired, and they have continuously enhanced motivation from the fact that their group grows and the group’s income grows.

The question “Where do we get the people?” says that, unfortunately, most net-workers are going about it in the wrong way.

But the real problem of this issue is that by asking this question means that we’re running after people. It should be quite the opposite: the people themselves must find us. Just show them the opportunity instead of running after those who have no desire or will to join. Moreover, to hold them for hours rendezvous.

Here are the first five steps by which you will begin to attract the right people.

Step 1

Make the first meeting not more than 45 seconds, as it is better not to waste your time. Let the tools hold the first meeting for you.

And, of course, spend your time displaying the information about your ability to provide your leads automatically.

Step 4

Start getting 10-20 interested candidates every day.
Of course you can do more, but do you need it? You shouldn’t try to sponsor and run more than five to seven extra per month.

Step 5

Sift out all who are not willing to work with you on your terms. Why do we need those we drag in against their will who in any case will move on in a few months? Leave them alone.
When you can talk to 20 people a day and can say: “I don’t worry about losing them.” then you are behaving as a leader.
To do this you must have strict requirements, and, of course, follow them.
As a result, you may need to change everything: What, where and how you spend your time, what you say, how you say it, and with whom you talk. Plus, with whom and on what conditions you are ready to work.

ADVERTISING:- Free, Paid, Contextual or Scattered?

This question worries everybody, new internet entrepreneurs and experienced ones.

First, you start to receive the flow of visitors to your site almost instantly. Next, you can target your advertising so that only those interested will see it. Thirdly and more importantly, you do not spend your time creating the flow of visitors, even though the preparation of the advert and positioning decisions  will take time. In addition, people who come from contextual advertising, come to ready to look at what you’re offering, because they come to you from a targeted ad.

The Drawbacks to Contextual Advertising

The main disadvantage is that, as soon as you stop to advertise, your flow of visitors dries up. Another minus of paid advertising is that it is paid, and requires you to invest some money, but a few hours of my time is worth more than the cost of a week-long campaign.
You have to learn the new skills of creating  adverts, managing keywords and all the other details of setting up campaigns. On the other hand – this is a huge plus. You will learn to understand the needs of your target audience, which is really valuable, and what’s more, if you do not learn how to do this, you will never succeed.

“Free” advertising, such as writing content for blogs and websites

The advantages of free advertising

For its part, free advertising, through articles, blogs, emails, or newsletters, brings you a swarm of visitors, which is a huge plus. It will work as long as people are interested in your content, sometimes for many years.
Plus, of course, it is free.

Disadvantages of free publicity

It is necessary to create new content, with the correct links, all the time, and this requires time, discipline and effort. Content advertising is slow, it has to be placed correctly to be found, this is a huge negative in the first stages of starting your business. Just creating the content takes a lot of your time

You need to learn how to create interesting content. In fact however the development of this skill is  also a huge plus.

You will never succeed in business, if you do not learn to express your thoughts, and especially your ideas on paper or on a blog or website.

Non or Partially Targeted Adverts or “the shotgun approach” ie. Project Wonderful

Firstly it’s cheaper than contextual advertising, secondly it’s easy to start, as there are no keywords to select for it. It can bring a good flow of visitors to your site, but what are these visitors worth? Very little I’m afraid, as they are mostly just the curious, who are not specifically looking for what you are offering, and therefore will not be “signing up”. This method of advertising is a good way to start, as it can be very cheap, but don’t expect much from it!

In Conclusion

We need somehow to take the advantages of contextual advertising and impose them on the advantages of free or vice versa. To start with, of course, we need to pay for our advertising, and without wasting time, create free publicity in the form of useful content on the open resource.
